Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri dixit is an acclaimed Indian actress, known for parts in the film Hum Aapke Koun. She started her career in her twenties. Her character in the role of Anil Kapoor in the film Tezaab made her hugely famous. In the following film, she was a part of Aamir in Dil. In Mumbai her home, she grew up within a middle class family parents. When she was a young age, she began to learn dance. When she was young, she started acting but was not successful as a lot films she made were not successful. Eventually she became one the biggest actresses of Indian films. After her wedding, she took a break in her career before re-entering the film industry. Recently, she had an important part in the movie Gulaab Gang which was about the challenges faced by women in India. Dixit was nominated for fifteen Filmfare Awards, out of which she was awarded eight. The actress was also honoured with the Padma Shri the fourth highest civilian honour in India. Also, she is well recognized for her charity work.
